With the internet being so accessible and hi-speed, viewing of porn has increased dramatically. No longer do you have to go out to your local ‘convenience’ store (ironic isn’t it?) to pick up a magazine and pay for it at the counter, risking embarrassment. You also don’t have to stumble across your parents private stash anymore. Nope, it’s fully accessible 24/7, 365 direct to your screen. And now with internet on the go with devices like cell phones, it’s porn in your pocket!

How do you escape the lure? Lucky for you, we’ve got a few ideas about preventative things you can do to keep the porn out of your pocket and away from your eyeballs.

OUR THOUGHTS

1. Have a tight relationship with Jesus (which includes reading the bible, praying, serving/caring for others and hanging with friends who are into the same). This is at the top of our list.
2. Get an app for your iPhone!
   XXXchurch has an app for your iPhone to monitor the websites you’re surfing and send details to a friend who is helping/encouraging you to stay away from porn. It’s called X3 Watch. This is pretty cool, check it out here.

KICK THE POCKET PORN HABIT
With all the apps you can get for your iPhone, this should totally top your list. If you’re checkin’ out the occasional (or regular) porn, you might not ‘want’ to get this app but inside you know you really should.
